Inglewood is currently in the process of renovating four light industrial units in Hanley. With Hanley currently undergoing a period of major investment we are delighted that we can bring four updated units to the market and as a result attract new businesses to the area.
Three of these will operate as trade counters – one is already occupied by Johnstones Paints.
Extensive work has been carried out to modernize the units. All have had new, external cladding, roof works and new shop fronts. Internally all units have had a complete rewire, new floors, toilets, rest spaces and offices.
